Check-In Procedures

For your first appointment at Better Body Spa, we kindly ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes in advance to allow time to fill out our intake forms.

If you are late for your appointment

If you are late for your appointment, you are still responsible to pay the full amount and you will receive the remaining time for your treatment.

Cell Phones

For a relaxing experience, we encourage that you please turn cell phones off while in the spa, or leave them in your car.

Gratuity

Gratuity is not included, yet is most appreciated. 20% gratuity of full service price is expected on discounted services.

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel or reschedule, we courtesy ask for at least 48 hours’ notice.
Avoid a service charge by making necessary changes to your appointments with a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations in less than 24 hours will require 50% of treatment price.
Less than 4 hours notice or NO-SHOWS will result in 100% charge of service booked, or cancellation of gift card or voucher.
We respect your time, and we appreciate that you respect ours.
We put these cancellation policies in place to protect our therapists, as they lose income when cancellations occur, and need to receive compensation for time they have set aside.

We accept all major credit cards, SpaFinder and SpaWish Gift Cards and of course, cash.
