My Day 2 from the 30 Day Juicing Challenge I did not use the recipe provided by Juice Recipes, as I am using the juice as my main course for dinner and this recipe was more like a fruit juice, so I made my own juice recipe.
- 2 Celery stalks
- 2 medium size Carrots
- 2 handful of chopped Collard Greens
- 1 peeled Orange
- 1 Lemon
- 1 pinch of Ginger (you can put more for more flavor, I could barely taste it)
